Fryer Library
The prestigious Fryer library was without doubt one of the finest projects we have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Many thanks to Venn Constructions and Baber Studio Architects for engaging our services to create this beautiful space.
Every piece of joinery in the library had to be hand crafted from locally sourced Queensland Maple
We are so proud of the work carried out here it photographs beautifully, however it is well worth a visit to truly take in what an amazing space this is.
The Library is located in the university’s Great Court precinct on level 4 of the Duhig Tower.

Michie Writing Studio and
Podcast Room
Michie writing studio is another project Siddalls joinery Prides itself on.
This space was designed and constructed by Venn Constructions, under the expert eye of Veronica, their in house designer, and Meg Vann from UQ, who along with her team brought this project to fruition.
When we were approached to take on this project we were more than happy to rise to the challenge and make their visions a reality.
It is a truly beautiful space created to inspire all who sit within.
All of the joinery seen is handcrafted by Dan. The timber used is Black-butt, an Australian native timber, its extremely hard and durable, ensuring it will last for many years to come.
The Lighthouse Restaurant Cleveland
Our local!
There are few places in the Redlands more picturesque than the lighthouse restaurant.
The are also very few places in the bay more hostile than the position of the cafes bay window.
These Sash windows were in need of major repair therefore we manufactured brand new sashes from Western Red cedar.
The hardwood frames were also restored to their former glory ensuring these windows are a beautiful feature for years to come.
Here at Siddalls we do our upmost to make sure our jobs are completed to a very high standard using only the best quality materials. These frames were restored using a quality Haymes paint system and the windows treated with a Sikkens system.

Office Joinery
Making the most of your office is important.
It needs to be well thought out, functional and overall a space you enjoy spending time in, lets face it a lot of us spend way more time in here than we would like to.
This in mind we strive to make each office we fit out a well thought out, inviting space.

- A small but functional Credenza, with sliding doors in improve circulation while sitting at your desk

- Lever arch file storage
- Full size 2400mm by 1200 Magnetic Glass Whiteboard
- 900mm round meeting table on single leg base to allow 4 to sit comfortably
